1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description

  • ›ShaniJyotish is an AI-powered Vedic astrology platform providing birth charts, Oracle consultations, matchmaking analysis, and Birth Time Rectification.
  • ›Our services are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • ›Astrology readings are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes only.
  • ›AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions.

3. User Accounts

  • ›You must sign in via Google OAuth to access personalized features.
  • ›One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.
  • ›You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • ›Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Credits & Payments

  • ›Credits used for completed AI consultations are non-refundable.
  • ›Failed or errored consultations are automatically refunded to your credit balance.
  • ›Pay-As-You-Go credits remain active as long as you make at least one transaction every 3 months.
  • ›Premium monthly credits (500 cr/month) reset on each billing cycle and do not carry over.
  • ›No cash refunds are available for unused credits.
  • ›All payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms and conditions.

5. Fair Usage Policy (Premium)

  • ›Premium plans include 500 credits per month.
  • ›Excessive automated or scripted usage may result in account suspension without refund.
  • ›Premium access is for personal use only and may not be resold or shared commercially.
  • ›API access or bot usage against our platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • ›Automated scraping, crawling, or bot usage on the platform.
  • ›Attempts to reverse-engineer or extract the AI system, prompts, or underlying logic.
  • ›Posting offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content in the community.
  • ›Impersonating Jyotishi staff, moderators, or other users.
  • ›Sharing or reselling AI-generated readings commercially without prior written permission.
  • ›Posting URLs, spam, or promotional content in community questions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • ›The ShaniJyotish name, logo, and platform content are our intellectual property.
  • ›AI-generated readings are licensed for your personal use only and may not be republished commercially.
  • ›YouTube content belongs to the @ShaniDevRemedies channel and is subject to YouTube's terms.

8. Disclaimer

  • ›Vedic astrology is an ancient wisdom tradition with probabilistic, not deterministic, outcomes.
  • ›Results from our platform are estimates and guidance — not guarantees.
  • ›We are not responsible for decisions made based on astrological readings.
  • ›AI responses may contain factual errors; always verify important information independently.
  • ›Birth Time Rectification results are statistical estimates, not certified birth times.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ›Our maximum total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
  • ›We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • ›We provide the service 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

  • ›These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • ›Any disputes arising from use of ShaniJyotish are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
